The Kingfisher Alerter is very easy to install and use. Just follow these 3 steps.
1. Choose a location where the subject will walk past often during the day so it can sense the movement. A good location is the entrance to the kitchen or bathroom.
2. Fit a working SIM card (just like a phone) and then fix it to the wall at shoulder height. Plug in and turn it on.
3. When the lights are green, pair it with the supervisors phone by sending a text message to it and check that you receive a reply.
4. That's it. Now if no movement is detected after several hours, an alert will be sent.

The Kingfisher Alerter comes with everything preset so it is ready to go as quickly as possible. If you wish you can customise some features.
The unit knows that people usually sleep at night so it will not send alerts during the night. It can be customized to allow for different sleeping habits very easily by sending a simple text message to it.
It will alert you if the temperature gets too low or too high. You can set these temperature levels to suit the subjects living conditions and receive an alert if the temperature changes dramatically.
There is a time in hours, when no movement is detected an alert will be sent. This time period can easily be customised to suit the subjects lifestyle and activity level.
